Original c. 1910 action photograph of Honus Wagner from the Pittsburgh Pirates as he leaps for a high ball and snags it out of mid-air. One of his most famous actual action photographs (not posed) in the world, this is a very old original that was mounted to thick artist board at the Sporting News for editorial use. It is impossible to tell the exact age without seeing the back, but we feel it is a slightly later restrike, perhaps from the 1930's-1950's, but it has the look and feel of a 1910 original for a fraction of the price! Condition is great with an ink X under Wagner and the name "Leach" under the player next to him.
