In one of the strangest and most important chapters of Al Capone's life, he was arrested in Philadelphia along with his body guard Frank Rio. It was not long after the St. Valentine's Day Massacre and the pair was passing through Philadelphia when their car broke down. While waiting for help, they decided to watch a movie and were spotted by cops who arrested them on a minor charge which turned into much more. The incident has spawned a ton of theories including a conspiracy that Capone staged to arrest to wait out any blow back from the Massacre etc. Regardless, this is the only image from this incident we have ever seen in any form and it presents pretty well with a corner chip off the upper left.
