Large and exceptional c. 1958 photograph of two of the biggest names to ever play for the New York Yankees, reunited in uniform for one of the only times in their career. Mickey Mantle was at the height of his career while Joe DiMaggio was still recently retired, and now recently divorced from Marilyn Monroe, and looking to capture some of the magic of Yankee Stadium one last time. Taken from a low angle intentionally to portray these men in a god-like stature, the image is the work of famous photographer Don Wingfield but issued after he had passed away (off his negative). A perfect 10/10 that appears to have been developed in the 1980's or so.
