1907 Rare photograph of 20 year old ballplayer Larry Cheney working out in Mexico City with the White Sox before the start of the season and hoping for a job. While he would not catch on with the Sox, he would eventually play from 1911-1919 and was a pretty good player! A unique new discovery that is being offered here for the first time ever out of the scrapbook of a Chicago area sports writer.
