1928 Poster sized composite photograph of highlights from the first game of the World Series between the Yankees and Cardinals. The image is made special by the inclusion of Babe Ruth crossing the plate ahead of Bob Meusel. This is an actual oversized composite photograph from the Elliott Service that used these to hang at news-stands to promote the newspaper for the day. Comes with a huge paper caption and the image itself is in pretty nice shape with a bit of handling wear at the corners and a small rip on the far left border area.
