Large 1945 photograph of an early night game at the famed Santurce ballpark in Puerto Rico where shortly before this image was taken Josh Gibson and Satchel Paige too the field! In 1954-55 Willie Mays and Roberto Clemente would play here as well making this one of the most storied ballparks in history. A unique new discovery offered here for the first time ever. There is a date on the back from the 1940's "Octobre 18 1945" but the last number could possibly be a 9 making this a 1949 image.
