Lot Description  

1943 Large photograph of Hall of Famer Stan Musial from his second year in the major leagues and from his breakout season. He would win the batting title and lead the league in essentially everything on his way to the MVP Award! Stamped on the back by photographer George Dorrill, this is one of his better images and it presents beautifully. This is an early Musial we have never seen before and from an important photographer as well!
