1936 Photograph of the construction of the newest monster German Zeppelin at a hangar in Friedrichshafen. At the time this ship was just called the LZ129 but soon it would be renamed the "Hindenburg" and go down in history as one of the most iconic air ships of all time. Issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a large paper caption as well, this is one of the only images of the Hindenburg under construction we have ever seen!
