Popular and well known George Burke photograph of Hall of Famer Honus Wagner from the 1930's in full uniform and posing stoically at the ballpark. This is the photo that was used to make his 1940 Play Ball Baseball Card, one of his most popular issues ever made after his career! This is a completely original vintage example by Burke and despite not being stamped, the typed caption at the top is typical of his work and the photo is absolutely vintage to the 1930's!
