1938 Large photograph of Yankees Iron man Lou Gehrig playing peacemaker on the field as he gets in between members of his team as they look to attack the umpire. The game was a heated contest against the rival Boston Red Sox and stamped on the back by the Associated Press, this is a high grade example with a bit of scrapbook paper on the back.
