Beautiful vintage c. 1922 team photograph of a St. Louis Negro League team in full uniform. While there is no doubt this is a high level professional club, just how significant needs to be researched additionally. The image for years has been identified as including an EXTREMELY young Cool Papa Bell, but whether he is or is not in this photo, or just who might be needs additional research. The photograph displays well with note to some creasing at the corners. A possible HUGE piece of early Negro League memorabilia!
