One of the most famous images ever taken is that of Don Larsen as he holds up catcher Yogi Berra who has leapt into the arms of the pitcher in celebration after Larsen threw a World Series perfect game on October 8, 1956 against the Dodgers. Under close inspection however you will notice this one is a bit different. Snapped by the same photographer from the New York Daily News, this one was taken a couple seconds after the famous image and it shows Berra with both legs extended and teammates converging on the pair. Stamped on the back from the Daily News, this is the ONLY example of this slightly different version we have ever seen and one that is being offered here for the first time ever! An important piece of baseball history!
