On November 4, 1985 Michael Jordan broke his foot in a game. While the injury is a footnote to his story today, it had a massive impact on his style of play and shaping him into the man he would become. Before the injury he was known as the most explosive player in the NBA. After his recovery, he was not the same and had to focus more on his shot and other aspects of his game that would make him a more well-rounded player. The offered photograph shows Jordan at a Bulls game in street clothes and sitting next to assistant PR spokeswoman Corrine Zartler from the Bulls. The photograph is from a Chicago sports photographer and it is being offered here for the first time ever. Developed on period Kodak paper, this is absolutely genuine to November 1985 and it represents the only image of Jordan from this important (almost career ending) injury that we have ever seen!
