1926 Large and extremely rare photograph of noted escape artistic and magician Harry Houdini as he appeared before Congress to expose the fraud of "spiritualism" and urged them to criminal the activity. He is seen holding up evidence, two slate boards, and gave a passionate speech to the United States Congress! Issued by Underwood and Underwood and with a full paper caption on the back, this is the only example of this photograph we have ever seen and it is being offered here for the first time ever. There is a bit of wear at the edges but otherwise the photo is in great shape.
