In the world of Chinese film however, she was a star for breaking through into the white industry. When a few Chinese businessmen started an "All Chinese" film company, she was naturally set to be the star. While the company did not pan out, the resulting photograph here is the first we have ever seen which shows Anna May Wong and also lists her name!
