1922 Large photograph of young black boxer Charles Anderson as he looked for a shot to defeat Jack Dempsey and take his Heavyweight title. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a nice handwritten note about his statistics etc. We have not been able to locate information on this fighter, but it looks great and speaks to the life of a black boxer in the 1920's!
