c. 1910 Large photograph of Heavyweight Champion Jack Johnson and taken from his training camp, showing Johnson at center but surrounded by his trainers and crew. The photo has significant age to it, but we feel this is a 1920's example based on the paper fibers and gelatin used to produce the image, but still issued during Johnson's career in the ring. There is some chipping at the corners but otherwise it presents really well.
