It is crazy to think that no major league team would take a chance on Len Tucker after the 1956 season, unless they were looking at more than his game. The early black slugger blasted 51 home runs and had 181 rbi in a season in which he also batted .404 for the Pampa Oilers. He would continue to dominate the decade but never got a chance to suit up in a big league uniform. The prodigious slugger is pictured here in an incredible pose at the ballpark in full uniform. His greatest image we have ever seen!
