1947 Photograph of President Harry Truman as he throws out the first pitch of the baseball season in Washington. An important image as we were still reeling from the end of WWII, this is issued by the International News and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. Condition is nice overall and the quality is outstanding. A rare image in great shape that is among the rarest of all post-war "First Pitch" photographs.
