1937 Photograph of the pregame festivities at center field in Yankee Stadium and taken just before the first game of the World Series against the New York Giants. The photo shows a group of men (band) just in front of the monument to Miller Huggins and the famous flag pole that was in the field of play! Issued by Wide World Photos and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. There is a tiny rip on the left border, but otherwise the photo is really nice.
