Beautiful c. 1932 portrait photograph of St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famer Jim Bottomley and taken at the height of his career. The photo is from Wide World Photos and was re-issued in 1937 when Bottomley became manager of the Browns, but developed off the original negative and still well within our range for a Vintage 1 example. One of his greatest portrait photographs we have ever handled!
