Incredible 1924 large silver gelatin photograph of the World Champion Washington Senators. Led by Walter Johnson (bottom row middle) the Senators would win their only World Series in a close affair with the New York Giants this year, cementing this as one of the top teams of the era. One of the largest and most precise of the handful of images of this team we have ever seen, the condition is likewise nice with some light creasing and wear at the extreme borders. Quite possibly the finest 1924 Senators team photo in the hobby!
