1956 Massive photograph of Mickey mantle holding three bats and wearing a crown on his head, symbolic of his triple crown season. A famous photograph that we have never seen in original form before, this measures almost a foot and a half wide. There are some creases and pinholes from news room handling but the photo presents pretty well. We feel this is indeed off the original negative and any loss of clarity would be associated to the negative being blown up to this huge size, but we are unsure of how PSA would assess this.
