1934 Portrait photograph of baseball Hall of Famer Hank Greenberg and taken near the beginning of his career. This is one of his most famous images ever taken and was used by the Goudey Gum Company to make his baseball card in 1936 and also his Wide Pen premium the same year. This is from the Associated Press and stamped on the back and comes with a letter from PSA that certifies this as a Type 1. The photo has creasing and some damage to the borders as well as remnants of editorial paint, but the damage could be matted out to leave a great image portion. This is one of only a handful of this image we have ever seen and it is a rare piece of baseball card history!
