There was perhaps no bigger subject of tabloid fodder than Margaret Trudeau in Canada during the 1970's, and it all started right here on this very night. She was the wife of the Prime Minister, but everybody knew she was a wild party-girl. In 1977 she left her husband's birthday party to attend a Rolling Stones concert and rumors swirled that she slept with Mick Jagger. This photograph is likely from that very show and it captures Jagger singing on stage with a note from famous photographer Oscar Abolafia on the back that the photo was by Trudeau herself! Abolafia and Trudeau were good friends and he helped her with her photography so this Trudeau photo being in his possession is a natural occurrence.
