Today, Norman Rockwell is one of the most esteemed artists in American history whose works sell for hundreds of millions of dollars, but when this photo was taken in 1925, he was teaching classes at a New York college. Rockwell is pictured at the far left (standing) and overseeing a class in design at the college while being listed on the back of the photo as a "Magazine Cover Designer." This dated image is easily one of his earliest and finest we have ever seen and it is being offered here for the first time ever, fresh out of a newspaper archive. There is one really tiny rip on the top border but otherwise it presents essentially perfect.
