c. 1920 Large photograph of screen queen Lillian Gish as she posed beautifully for photographer Alfred Cheney Johnston. A large work of art, this is a double weight beauty that comes directly from Johnston's estate and is being offered for the first time ever. There is a name added to the bottom by Johnson when this was developed and it is still off his original negative. The photo has some paint on the far right side from editorial use but this can be removed and it looks great, presenting in almost perfect condition overall.
