1941 Large photograph of the Chicago White Sox in uniform and posing at the ballpark. The team had been pretty bad for a while, but 1941 seemed to be the turning point as they finished with a .500 record and were filled with young stars, but then WWII threw a monkey wrench into the entire game of baseball. A tough team to find images of, this is a 10/10 from the Sporting News and is the first example of this image we have ever seen.
