1929 Artistic photograph of rookie catcher from the Boston Red Sox, Casper Asbjornson, showing his massive frame from a low angle to make him look even more god-like. An obscure member of the Red Sox and Cincinnati Reds, Asbjornson was a large man for the era with incredible power, but he never really lived up to his hype which has made his images extremely tough to find today. Issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well, this is a high grade image which is his best we have ever seen!
