1926 Head to toe photograph of baseball superstar Ty Cobb, the player and manager of the Detroit Tigers, as he talks on the field with a famous singer. The image captures Cobb near the end of his career but still one of the greatest hitters in the world. Issued by Wide World Photos and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well, this is one that we have never seen before. The photo has a crease and some pinholes from editorial use but it looks better than the technical grade.
