Large 1926 photograph of a steel worker atop the new City Hall building in New York City as he demonstrates his love for danger, suspending himself on one foot, high above the ground below. While this sort of photograph was cool at the time, the result is a wonderment that anyone would work in such an environment. A powerful work of photography from the International News and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well, the photo is in nice shape with a few light creases at the top.
