Perhaps the man most responsible for the modern stock broker is Jesse Livermore. He pioneered "Day Trading" and was one of the richest and most successful businessmen of the era. He committed suicide in 1940 after his fortunes turned during the Great Depression and this original photograph from Acme announced his death to the world. This is the only image of Livermore we have ever offered and this is being offered here for the first time ever. An important piece of American financial history!
