1927 Rare photograph of the camera crew set up in the Appalachian Mountains and filming a scene from the upcoming film "Stark Love" which was a ground breaking and important work of Hollywood history. The film centered around the back woodsy life of West Virginia hillbillies in which the subservient roles of women at the time were exposed. The photo is from the estate of Eddie Hyland who is identified with an arrow on the front as well as the name of the film written in his hand. A potentially unique new discovery that is being offered here for the first time ever!
