Among the most underrated two-sport athletes of the 1920's was Ernie Vick. His dominance on the gridiron was undeniable as he was a Michigan All-American and enshrined in the college football Hall of Fame. What is little known about Vick though is that he gave up football for major league baseball and won a World Series in 1926 with the Cardinals. The offered image is from the famous Lyndon photographer of Ann Arbor and dates to Vick's senior season. Images of Vick are rare and this is one of the only vintage examples we have ever seen!
