Large c. 1951 photograph of Joe DiMaggio as he retired from baseball and was presented with his glove and jersey which he was shipping off to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Stamped on the back by photographer Bob Olen, this is an important piece of baseball history that is being offered here for the first time ever! Photo has some wear and creasing at the edges from news-room use but it looks better than the technical grade.
