1919 Horizontal posed action photo of young pitcher Herb Thormahlen from the New York Yankees from head to toe. He was listed on the back paper caption as being one of the top young hurlers of 1917 but illness and an abbreviated season in 1918 kept him from reaching his potential. A cool image that shows him wearing a black arm band over the classic Yankee pinstripes. Photo looks beautiful but it does have some creasing and pinholes from editorial use.
