1917 Massive vintage action photograph from the second game of the World Series between the New York Giants and the Chicago White Sox. Taken at Comiskey Park in Chicago, the game and series would be won by the White Sox and Shoeless Joe Jackson would go 3 for 3 in the game. This is one of the only images from this series and certainly the largest we know of in the hobby. There is a large paper caption on the back (separate but present) and the image is completely original to 1917. There is some wear to the left border area from storage, but it presents well and is one of the largest deadball action photographs of any subject that we have ever handled.
