In 1921 the Chicago White Sox dealt one of their honest 1919 "Black Sox" players to the Boston Red Sox, making him a rarity who played for the White Sox, Black Sox and Red Sox in a two year span! Issued by Charles Conlon and with his handwritten notes on the back, this is a rare photograph of one of the toughest players from the great 1919 White Sox team to find images of. Photo would be perfect but for some pinholes on the edges from publication.
