1956 Stunning, double weight, studio photograph of the newest face in Hollywood, Steve McQueen. One of his greatest ever taken, this is stamped on the back by famous photographer Roy Schatt. While the photo appears to be a slight re-strike, we feel it still dates to the 1960's as the stamp has a zip code (post 1963) but still an obsolete phone number that would be obsolete by the early 1970's. A fantastic and crystal clear dark-room image that is direct from the famous photographer that took it!
