Lot Description  

1978 Studio photograph of NBA coach Dick Vitale of Detroit Pistons. Before he was "Dickie V" and became one of the most iconic figures in college basketball, he was a failed NBA coach with a career 34-60 record! Considering how bad his teams were, it is a wonder any of these photos have survived, but this one remains as one of the earliest images of Vitale we have ever seen and grades a perfect 10/10!
