Lot Description  

1926 Large photograph of the two Notre Dame captains for the season, Gene Edwards and Tom Heardon. Heardon would go on to play in the NFL for the Packers and Edwards would be offered the head coaching job of the Steelers at one point, but decline. A rare image from the archives of Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back. Condition and quality are both outstanding.
