Large 1934 action photograph from the seventh game of the world series between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Detroit Tigers. This would go down in history as one of the most famous of all fall classics and this is one of the only images from the deciding seventh game we have ever handled. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with most of the original paper caption still remaining. It is interesting to note that the player scoring the run is none other than pitching sensation and Hall of Famer, Dizzy Dean!
