1921 Touching photograph of Home Run Baker as he plays baseball with his young daughter in the yard. Not unlike a thousand other images except for one glaring difference, Baker is wearing his full Yankee uniform! It was part of a photo shoot for the star as he was returning to the game after sitting out the 1920 season, there are some images known of his batting in the yard alone, but this is the first we have seen where he seems to be having some fun with his child and the photographer, knowing a good shot when he saw it, snapped this touching image! Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well. Photo has a tiny chip off the left border and a few light creases at the corner, but it looks great.
