1938 Head to toe photograph of Hank Greenberg in uniform with the Detroit Tigers and taking batting practice during his greatest season in which he went to the wire chasing down Babe Ruth's home run record. He would finish with 58 homers, just two short, but cemented himself as one of the greatest sluggers of all time. Issued by Acme and with a full paper caption on the back, the image is really nice with exceptional clarity and a repaired hard crease at the upper right being the only flaw.
