Large 1914 double weight photograph of Palmer Stadium for a game between powerhouses Yale and Princeton. An incredible work of football photography both for the sweeping stadium image but also for it's glimpse into how the game was played over 100 years ago without hash marks. The ball could be snapped right up against the sidelines making end around running plays dangerous for the offense and leading to more and more center plunges for field position.
