1936 Extremely rare photograph of teenager Bob Feller of the Cleveland Indians getting his famous right arm rubbed down by the team trainer after one of his starts. A fantastic image showing the baby faced Feller with his shirt off in the locker room as he thinks about his long future in the game. An underrated superstar, this is one of his greatest images we have ever handled, dated to 1936 by the photographer at King Features and with their stamp on the back. Condition and quality are both outstanding.
