For five years in the early 1920's one of the biggest sluggers in the National League was Emil "Irish" Meusel of the Giants. An underrated star, he is pictured here entering his fourth consecutive World Series against the Yankees and his brother. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well, this is perhaps his best image ever taken!
