The photo of Jackie Robinson symbolically entering the Brooklyn Dodgers clubhouse in Montreal uniform is one of the most important in baseball history. The offered specimen is a composite showing Robinson entering the previously "white only" clubhouse on the right in his Montreal uniform and in his full fledged Brooklyn uniform at right. This is an interesting specimen as it technically grades a Type 3 or Type 4 from PSA, but it appears to be a photo of a vintage print under magnification. Developed on photographic paper and with age that indicates it was developed around 1950's, it presents beautifully. Since all composite photographs are considered Type 3 or Type 4 anyways, the fact this is a photo of a print is essentially meaningless. A beautiful and affordable example of one of the most important photographs ever taken.
