1923 Statuesque pitching action photograph of Walter Johnson in uniform with the Washington Senators and posing at the brand new Yankee Stadium in New York. One of his most famous images of all time, this was used for numerous commemorative baseball cards and publications etc. The image is crystal clear and bold with a small area of paper loss on his arm being the only flaw. This is the only example of this image we have ever seen and if the paper loss was restored, this would be a $1000+ photograph.
