1923 Rare photograph of the owner of the New York Yankees, Jacob Ruppert, as he congratulates his manager Miller Huggins for winning the American League pennant. They would go on to win the World Series a few weeks later, the first in team history. An important piece of baseball history that is the first example of this photograph we have ever seen. Aside from some pinholes at the corners, the image presents well with a stamp and full paper caption on the back from the Keystone View Company.
